Good Friday fellow Timbers,
It's High Noon and high time to announce the winner.
He came fast and furious. Within five minutes, BRAD,
the Minister of Marketing, had the correct answer.
PREACHER'S KID! (redeem your beverage when you
like......and don't forget the promo code.....:-)
I've certainly heard that term more often than
"product knowledge", but not last week....
Anyways, thanks to all who played! (At least I
know who's reading and who's not! )
A short reminder- ANY paper products being recycled
should go into your rectangular bins. Likewise, the
only items going into the multi-recycling bin in the
back should be glass, plastic, tin, and aluminum. And
don't forget to rinse out any items that need it.
The topic this week is PAPERCLIPS vs. STAPLES!
I'm wondering if we could cut down on our usage of
staples. I've seen some orders go through Customer
Service absolutely butchered with staples. If orders
were kept together with a paperclip, for as long as
possible, we would save a ton of staples. Once the
order is invoiced, Danna can then staple it and file
it. Perhaps the Finance Department and others have
some ideas that would work in similiar fashion for
their departments. I hope everyone can raise their
awareness just a little on this issue.
Again, once the habit is broken, it's easy.
CLIP IT, DON'T STICK IT!
Praise be to the Almighty Green!
