Green is The Word, Act XXIII

Whadayaknow?
It's Good Friday already!

Living out in the remote part of Marin County known as
Woodacre, in what I affectionately call "the shack",
I've encountered my share of "wildlife". A little
(and I must admit, cute) gardener snake making its way
across the room and the spiders (my GOD, the
spiders....), I've grown accustomed to having roommates
who are actually easy to get along with, though not
very socialable or welcome.
But when the ants decided to crash the party, I had to
put my foot down.

The ant control product I'm recommending is Terro Ant
Killer. It consists of a sweet liquid containing borax.
Borax occurs naturally in deposits produced by the
repeated evaporation of seasonal lakes. It's commonly
used for disinfecting, deodorizing, and inhibiting mold
growth. And unlike the "Devil's products", it's not
flammable, won't burst when exposed to high
temperatures, and there aren't any first aid
instructions.

It's as simple as throwing a party, inviting the ants
(LOTS of them will show up), providing party favors
which they'll share with the rest of the colony, and
then........no more party.

Ants are amazing creatures, but much more appreciated
outside.

Praise be to the Almighty OUTDOOR ant!
